Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints exploring biotech, quantum AI, and climate tech convergence
- Produce annual 'Future Horizons' reports for executive board and investor briefings
- Curate partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and government innovation labs
- Design and facilitate immersive future-vision workshops for C-suite clients
- Oversee patent portfolio development for emerging intellectual property domains
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and technology scouts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Published research on 2020s societal disruption or technological singularity
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (3+ exits)
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (Gartner, Forrester, WEF reports)
- Public speaking experience at Davos, TED, or equivalent forums
