- Develop neuro-interfaces for human augmentation and cognitive enhancement
- Drive ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Secure 10+ patents in emerging tech fields annually
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams of physicists, biologists, and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Biology, or equivalent field
- 10+ years leading cutting-edge R&D in Fortune 500 or unicorn environments
- Published research in Nature/Science journals with 500+ citations
- Expertise in converging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from lab to global deployment
- Security clearance preferred (DOD/CIA-level)
