Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ technological developments
- Direct cross-functional teams in prototyping disruptive innovations
- Develop roadmaps for integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish industry partnerships for pilot programs and commercialization
- Lead ethics committees ensuring responsible innovation deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or futures research
- Proven track record leading complex R&D initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Published research or patents in future technology fields
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping
- MSc/PhD in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Strong understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
