Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic models for business resilience in volatile futures
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Produce quarterly trend briefs for executive leadership and board members
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities in biotech, automation, and space economy
- Design innovation pipelines for next-generation human-machine collaboration
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state business models and services
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, neurotech)
- Published research or speaking engagements on future-of-work topics
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend mapping
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent experience
