Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with focus on futurecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging tech adoption curves
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions at scale
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and cryptographic protocols
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
