Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030 horizon) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions
- Partner with R&D to develop patent-pending technologies in quantum/AI convergence
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to executive stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking
- Build external partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Drive organizational change management for technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership role
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech interfaces
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management at executive level
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., IBM Quantum, AWS ML)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
