- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
- Present futuristic concepts to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Drive ethical technology frameworks for emerging innovations
- Mentor junior researchers in speculative technology methodologies
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning with proven innovation track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals or patents
- Experience securing government/VC funding for speculative R&D
- Proficient in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
