Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align future-tech investments with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-7 year impact potential
- Develop patentable innovations in human-machine interaction paradigms
- Present technology vision to stakeholders through compelling narratives and demos
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, or sustainable AI
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with measurable ROI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
