Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technologies (2026+) through market analysis, patent reviews, and academic partnerships
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present technology forecasts to executive board with actionable implementation plans
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive organizational transformation through technology adoption frameworks
- Monitor global tech signals and competitive landscape shifts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous technological transitions
- Strong executive communication skills with C-suite presentation experience
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, ICF) preferred
