Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce annual technology roadmaps and disruption impact assessments
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate next-gen startups
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and market volatility
- Present future-vision narratives to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal innovation sprints
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology skills
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech or business innovation journals
