Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Blockchain to assess feasibility and impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define technical vision and drive innovation initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with adopting futuristic technologies.
- Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate new technological solutions.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including but not limited to Generative AI, IoT, and Edge Computing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategic insights.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale innovation projects.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
