Responsibilities

- Lead development of human-computer interfaces using neural decoding technologies

- Collaborate with ethics councils to implement responsible AI governance frameworks
- Drive innovation through our 2026-lab incubator program with $10M annual R&D budget
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging tech integration methodologies
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits and publish in Nature Technology
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or post-quantum cryptography
- Proven track record of deploying production systems at scale (10M+ users)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent patents
- Mastery of emerging tech stacks: Qiskit, Cirq, TensorFlow Quantum, or equivalent
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
