Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and IoT into core infrastructure.
- Lead cross-functional research and development teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify disruptive trends that could impact our industry within the next 24 months.
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing startups and AI research labs.
- Manage the budget and resources allocated to future-tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical strategy, system architecture, or product development.
- Deep technical knowledge of Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and Data Science.
- Proven track record of leading innovation teams in a high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical jargon for executive stakeholders.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Product Management is a plus.
