Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems to identify high-impact opportunities for product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate 2026 visions into actionable technical specifications.
- Oversee the integration of next-gen infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for future demands.
- Conduct deep-dive feasibility studies for disruptive technologies and present architectural strategies to the executive board.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to stay ahead of the curve in technological advancements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, strategic technology planning, or product management within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year projects with a focus on long-term scalability and future-proofing.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including but not limited to Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Edge Computing.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams toward a unified, futuristic vision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to forecast industry shifts.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
