We are looking for the next generation of visionary product leaders to join our elite rotational program designed specifically for the graduating class of 2026. As an APM, you will rotate across our core product lines, gaining hands-on experience in product strategy, user experience design, and data-driven execution. You will work alongside industry veterans, top-tier engineers, and world-class designers in a hyper-growth environment. Responsibilities
- Drive the product vision and execution for key features within your assigned product rotation.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and data science.
- Define and analyze key metrics to measure product success and inform future iterations.
- Conduct rigorous user research and competitive analysis to uncover unmet market needs.
- Develop comprehensive product roadmaps, PRDs (Product Requirements Documents), and user stories.
- Lead agile ceremonies and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
- Present product strategies and performance outcomes directly to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Demonstrated passion for technology, product management, and building software products.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong bias for data-driven decision-making.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly.
- Proven leadership experience through internships, extracurriculars, or entrepreneurial ventures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic startup environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
