As our 2026 AI Strategy Lead, you will bridge the gap between executive vision and technical execution. You will guide a world-class team of engineers and data scientists to build scalable, ethical, and revolutionary AI solutions that will define our market position in 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the 2026 AI product roadmap.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Architect scalable, secure, and ethical AI infrastructure.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them seamlessly into our existing tech stack.
- Ensure full compliance with upcoming 2026 federal and global AI regulations.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and marketing teams.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML strategy.
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale AI products from conception to deployment.
- Deep technical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and MLOps.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Ability to think critically about the ethical implications and long-term societal impact of AI.
