Responsibilities
- Architect novel neural network architectures for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead 8+ cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks
- Secure $2M+ annual research grants from federal and private institutions
- Translate theoretical models into production-ready systems with 99.9% uptime
- Present findings at global tech summits including NeurIPS and ICML
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish 4+ peer-reviewed papers annually

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent with 8+ years of AI research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier ML/AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and causal inference
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with production-scale deployment experience
