Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry impact
- Proven experience scaling AI products from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in quantum computing integration or neuromorphic architectures
- Strong background in AI ethics and regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
