Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design and deployment of autonomous AI agents targeting 2026 enterprise readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate LLMs into existing SaaS architectures.
- Develop robust evaluation frameworks for AI safety, ethics, and performance.
- Architect scalable MLOps pipelines for seamless continuous integration and deployment.
- Lead technical workshops and roadmap planning sessions for upcoming 2026 product launches.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure our AI stack remains a step ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML implementation.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain).
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into high-availability production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
