Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning tasks.
- Collaborate directly with hardware engineering teams to bridge the gap between qubit architecture and software logic.
- Lead the research and development of error correction protocols to enhance qubit coherence and system stability.
- Mentor a high-performing team of quantum software engineers and data scientists.
- Drive the architectural vision for our cloud-native quantum computing platform, ensuring scalability and security.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, contributing to white papers and patent filings in quantum supremacy.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing research or applied physics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Qiskit with a focus on quantum development kits.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, superposition, entanglement, and decoherence.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and quantum cloud services.
