Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy forward-looking AI and machine learning models targeting 2026 market readiness.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive continuous innovation.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging tech trends, including next-gen LLMs, spatial computing, and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical strategy with overarching business goals.
- Establish best practices for scalable, secure, and ethical AI deployment across all platforms.
- Present technical findings and strategic roadmaps to key stakeholders and at industry-leading conferences.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of bringing complex, highly scalable AI products to market.
- Deep expertise in modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor technical teams.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance within the United States.
