Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Assemble products and packages them securely for shipping.
- Inspect goods for defects and report any quality issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate warehouse machinery and follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in inventory counting and stock organization as directed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (for outdoor roles).
- Basic computer literacy for timekeeping and safety training.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
