Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for client positions in DC metro area
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards for targeted outreach
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with team to meet weekly KPIs for placements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven success in candidate sourcing and interview techniques
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of DC job market and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
