Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks with precision and care.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Equipment: Must be comfortable operating basic warehouse machinery (Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory).
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills required for safety logs and labels.
