Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and pack orders according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming shipments to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely to move stock throughout the facility.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- General Labor: Perform general cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor to ensure a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and records as required by company policy and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) without exception.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
