Responsibilities
- Execute accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for quality assurance and damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory tracking software efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure workflow continuity.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company operational policies.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid ID and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning tools quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be available to work weekends consistently.
