Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping of orders with a focus on high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to locate inventory and update stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Collaborate with the operations team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform heavy physical labor.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
