Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Organize inventory in a clean, efficient warehouse layout
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment
- Maintain safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Bay Area location
