Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate electric pallet jacks and hand trucks with proper safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and common areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
- Support cross-functional tasks as needed during peak operations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in fast-paced settings
