As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries and selections.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and presentable at all times.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with inventory counts and merchandise processing during off-peak hours.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehousing is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling tasks.
