As a temporary team member, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring our supply chain remains seamless during our peak weekend hours. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Inventory Management: Sort, count, and verify stock items to ensure accuracy in our inventory system.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to resolve issues and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (Rotating shifts available).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required for qualified candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting stock and processing orders.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record is mandatory.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
