Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts, stock organization, and maintaining accurate warehouse records.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials throughout the facility.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for defects and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- General Labor: Perform miscellaneous cleaning, organizing, and maintenance tasks to keep the workspace safe and efficient.
- Shift Adherence: Maintain punctuality and attendance for all scheduled weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills for team coordination.
