Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records for weekend stock.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks to move materials within the warehouse.
- Truck Loading/Unloading: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo security and proper documentation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
