Responsibilities
- Execute Core Operations: Perform essential warehouse and logistics tasks, including loading, unloading, and staging materials with precision and speed.
- Maintain Standards: Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe in strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough checks on products and inventory to ensure accuracy and high customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure seamless workflow during busy shifts.
- Attendance: Adhere strictly to weekend shift schedules (Saturday/Sunday) and demonstrate high levels of punctuality.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
