Role Overview
The Weekend Staffing Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various part-time and weekend roles. You will be the face of our agency, ensuring our clients get the talent they need and our candidates find rewarding employment.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen applicants for weekend and general labor positions using various channels (job boards, referrals, networking).
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and availability.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) efficiently.
- Foster strong relationships with client companies to understand their staffing needs.
- Assist in the onboarding process for newly placed candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate placements and client interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associateās degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic HR software.
- Reliable transportation is required.
