- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and event industries
- Screen and schedule qualified candidates for urgent weekend shifts
- Manage client communications and ensure seamless shift coverage
- Process payroll and maintain accurate staffing records
- Conduct onboarding for temporary workers at client sites
- Resolve staffing conflicts with proactive problem-solving
- Collaborate with weekday team for handover continuity
Qualifications
- 1+ years in staffing, recruitment, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to cover last-minute shift changes
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix metro area geography
