Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing sectors
- Manage candidate onboarding processes including background checks and credential verification
- Act as primary point of contact for clients and temporary staff during weekend shifts
- Resolve urgent staffing issues and deploy last-minute replacements within 2-hour SLA
- Maintain accurate workforce records in ATS systems and generate weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with recruiters to source and pre-screen weekend shift candidates
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and client-specific requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management
- Proven ability to manage high-volume weekend staffing operations
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving abilities with crisis management experience
- Knowledge of OSHA and industry-specific compliance regulations
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with rotating holidays
