Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Assist in the screening and onboarding of new temporary staff members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and candidate databases.
- Coordinate schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts for weekend shifts.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support the office team during peak weekend operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, administrative support, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
