Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for Windows/macOS systems, network infrastructure, and cloud services
- Monitor and maintain server environments, including AWS/Azure configurations
- Resolve complex hardware/software issues via remote support and on-site visits
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams during weekend system deployments
- Conduct security audits and implement compliance protocols
- Manage service tickets using Jira/ServiceNow with SLA adherence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with weekend shift exposure
- Expertise in Active Directory, VPN configurations, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
