Responsibilities
- Manage weekend IT support tickets across 3 client sites
- Deploy and configure cloud infrastructure during off-peak hours
- Perform system maintenance and security updates
- Document technical procedures and create runbooks
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Respond to emergency escalations within 15 minutes
- Generate weekly performance reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT infrastructure or cloud support
- AWS/Azure certification required
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun 7am-7pm)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong Linux and Windows Server knowledge
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
