Responsibilities
- Tier 2 Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintenance Tasks: Perform scheduled system patches, backups, and server maintenance during off-hours.
- Incident Management: Log, track, and resolve help desk tickets within agreed SLA timeframes.
- User Assistance: Guide end-users through software installations and connectivity problems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Linux environments.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT certification (CompTIA A+).
