Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Organize and merchandise displays to maintain brand aesthetics and inventory accuracy
- Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the sales floor
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales targets
- Report operational issues to store management promptly
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Reliable transportation to Grand Boulevard location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures
- Must pass background check and drug screening
