- Execute in-store merchandising plans including planogram compliance and product placement
- Conduct inventory audits and stock replenishment across assigned retail locations
- Install promotional materials, signage, and seasonal displays according to brand guidelines
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
- Document and report merchandising activities via mobile reporting tools
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Participate in weekend team huddles for task coordination and feedback
Qualifications
- Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising aptitude
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) 8am-5pm
- Proficiency with smartphone apps for reporting/documentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
