- Execute in-store visual merchandising plans including fixture assembly, product placement, and signage installation
- Conduct inventory audits and stock replenishment during weekend operational hours

- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to safety protocols at all client sites
- Transport materials between locations using company-provided vehicles
- Adapt to dynamic schedules with weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
Qualifications
- Previous merchandising, retail, or event setup experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to Boston locations
- Proficient with basic hand tools and assembly instructions
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays)
