Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital signs, injections, and wound care
- Assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems accurately
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms and medical equipment
- Handle patient scheduling and insurance verification
- Administer medications and vaccines per protocols
- Coordinate with lab services for specimen collection
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- 2+ years clinical experience in outpatient setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6AM-6PM)
