Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive technical support for hardware/software issues during weekend shifts
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS systems and networks
- Provide remote and on-site user assistance for critical business systems
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address security vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with weekend shift exposure
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/network issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Indiana driver's license (occasional site visits required)
