Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support to internal employees during weekends.
- Monitor system health and performance alerts to prevent downtime.
- Resolve complex hardware and software tickets escalated from the help desk.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security checks.
- Assist with onboarding or offboarding tasks as assigned during the shift.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in the ITSM ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk environments.
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
