Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage ticket queues with SLA adherence for weekend client requests
- Deploy and configure workstations, servers, and cloud infrastructure
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes in ITSM tools
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Conduct preventative maintenance on critical systems
- Train end-users on security best practices and new tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and O365
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 8 PM)
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional on-site visits
