Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments and cloud-based applications
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers and networking equipment
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and asset configurations in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Conduct regular system health checks and preventive maintenance
- Assist with security protocols and access management for weekend staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory management
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365) preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex issues
- Valid Washington State driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Must be available to work full weekends (Saturday 8AM-5PM, Sunday 10AM-6PM)
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling as needed
