Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access protocols
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices
- Conduct periodic system audits and performance optimization
- Train end-users on new technologies and troubleshooting techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent industry certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills with hardware and network troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
